Bring your desire to learn and contribute. We hire staff with as little as two years of experience, and no book of business is required – we can build that together. Looking for an internship, or need help with a license, we can assist there too.
We are a commission shop that can provide incredible earning potential for barbers at any level.
New barbers have the opportunity to earn this in their first year
Depending on level of availability
Our requirements are simple:
- A current New Jersey barber license, or active enrollment in barber school
- If you are still in school or working toward your license, High End may be able to support you through the licensing process
- Professionalism, a great attitude, and a desire to grow
- Reliability, coachability, and the ability to work well with a team
- Barbering experience is a plus, but not required
- We train the High End standard of barbering, service, and grooming
