Bring your desire to learn and contribute. We hire staff with as little as two years of experience, and no book of business is required – we can build that together. Looking for an internship, or need help with a license, we can assist there too.
We are a commission shop that can provide incredible earning potential for barbers at any level.
On average, new barbers have the opportunity to make $55,000 to $60,000 in their first year, and our established barbers make anywhere from $90,000 to $170,000 a year depending on their level of availability.
Our requirements are simple:
- A current license with the State of New Jersey.
- Experience providing a variety of cuts, especially current trends; experience with a straight razor and a willingness to be trained on hot towel shaves and other men’s grooming services.
- A professional appearance, great attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.
